I am a Mother of three amazing adult daughters, Evocative Coach, a birth and death Doula, a public and private Classroom Teacher, a Yoga and Meditation Instructor and an Advocate for Social Change through personal transformation. I bring over 30 years of experience serving and supporting my community from gardens to correctional facilities, classrooms to bedsides.

I live with my partner of 34 years in a purple house with our beloved dogs, chickens and vegetables. In 2016, I won first place in the Women's Master class at the Crossfit FESTIVUS Games and I am happiest when it's raining and I am listening to Led Zeppelin with muddy feet.
